SCREEN Completes New Factory S3-4 for Semiconductor Production Equipment
Kyoto, Japan – January 30, 2023 – SCREEN Holdings Co., Ltd. has finalized construction of S3-4 (S-Cube 4), its new factory specifically designed for semiconductor production equipment. Work on the facility had been continuing at the SCREEN’s existing Hikone Site since January, 2022.
