SCREEN Approved for Transition to New "Prime Market"

Kyoto, Japan - January 12, 2022 - SCREEN Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) has approved its application for transition to the New "Prime Market", in accordance with the restructuring of market segments scheduled to take effect on April 4, 2022.
SCREEN had applied to transition to the "Prime Market" as its listing market following a resolution by its Board of Directors on November 29, 2021.
