We will present a diverse lineup of proprietary semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including wafer cleaning system that boasts the No.1* global market share, as well as the latest coat/develop track equipment for next-generation power and automotive devices manufacturing, annealing, measurement, and inspection systems.
In addition to the panels, the models of equipment will also be exhibited to provide a more intuitive understanding of the equipment structure. Additionally, we will display special content commemorating our 80th anniversary. Sustainability activities, productivity enhancement, and service will also be introduced.
