  High-quality printing for paper packaging We have specifically developed the Truepress PAC 520P as a high-speed digital inkjet press capable of printing on flexible paper packaging. It incorporates many of our market-proven proprietary technologies, enabling it to deliver exceptional print quality at a superior resolution of 600 x 900 dpi.
  The Truepress PAC 520P also offers the adaptability needed to achieve stable output on a wide array of different paper substrates. This press is ideally designed to handle the growing use of paper materials in the flexible packaging industry.
• Easy Operation
  Streamlined workflows with reduced workloads As an inkjet digital press, the Truepress PAC 520P offers dramatically more streamlined processing than conventional printing systems. It eliminates many manual steps in production ranging from plate output, ink mixing and device cleaning to cylinder replacement.
  The positions for ink discharge are digitally set, ensuring that any operator can effortlessly achieve accurate registration. As well as shortening production times, these digital technologies reduce both the number of operators needed on site and their workloads.
• Food Safety
  Proprietary inks designed for consumer safety The Truepress PAC 520P utilizes waterbased pigment inks specifically designed to significantly diminish the presence of organic solvents and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). They reduce impacts on both the workplace and natural environment.
  These inks also satisfy major European laws, regulations and guidelines, well known for their stringent food safety standards. This ensures a high level of safety for consumers. Additionally, a lightweight bag-inbox system is used for the ink containers to simplify disposal and further reduce environmental impact.

  On-demand printing of any quantity Since the Truepress PAC 520P does not require printing plates or tooling, there is no need to set a minimum order quantity (MOQ). This opens the door to short run production of diverse job types.
  The ability to rapidly print any quantity at any time also means it is no longer necessary to hold large inventories of materials, enabling virtually stock-less operation. This reduces obsolete waste disposal costs and leads to more efficient use of resources.

  Fully customizable creation of any design As printing data is created digitally, every package can be produced with its own individual design. Thanks to the variable printing capabilities of the Truepress PAC 520P, high value-added packages tailored to specific target markets, limited editions or seasonal campaigns can be effortlessly produced, unlocking endless opportunities for customization and increased consumer appeal.
  Packages can also incorporate personalized messages or QR codes for various purposes, such as marketing campaigns, track and trace functionalities, or product authentication.
