In the label printing market, as digital printing systems become more widespread, solutions are required not only for improved quality, operability and productivity, but also for higher compatibility with various substrates and additional value. At Labelexpo Americas, SCREEN will showcase its Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI S, an inkjet label press with a digital primer unit that applies a primer to enhance adhesion between the substrate and ink only on the area where the ink is applied.
Even when handling specific materials, which was quite challenging in the past, high-quality printing with no additional operation is now available. SCREEN invites you to inspect the various samples available at its booth to better understand the applications that can be targeted with the Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI S and learn how your business can create a future in print.

The packaging industry is now contributing to a renewable society by using substrates created from mediums such as biomass and nanomaterial. SCREEN, in cooperation with partners from relevant supply chains, will present solutions designed to help realize a sustainable society using its Truepress PAC 520P, an inkjet digital press for paper packaging, and Truepress PAC 830F, an inkjet digital press for flexible packaging.
The Truepress PAC 520P is a high-quality, high-productivity digital press suitable for printing on paper packaging substrates. It uses water-based inks that comply with the mandatory regulations for food packaging. The Truepress PAC 830F prints on flexible packaging substrates such as PET and OPP with CMYK plus white (5 colors) water-based inks that comply with food safety regulations. It achieves a high throughput of 75 m/min and print resolution of 1,200 dpi × 1,200 dpi.
