SEMICON Japan 2017

SCREEN Semiconductor Solutions will take part in SEMICON Japan 2017, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from December 13, under our concept of "Solutions for IT".
We will present our latest products in a wide range of fields, including our cleaning systems, coater/developer, annealing systems and film thickness measurement systems for cutting-edge semiconductor devices. Our booth will also present exciting new products developed by our Frontier Project for IoT applications. We very much look forward to seeing you there.
