The theme for the SCREEN stand (no. 2613) is
"Achieve the Extraordinary in Print".

Print_1st_img03.jpgWe are exhibiting various new provisional functions for our cutting-edge Truepress Jet520HD high-speed inkjet system. The press is equipped with SC inks, enabling direct printing on offset coated papers. It is able to handle a total of six inks, four SC plus orange and green, significantly expanding the color gamut and increasing print quality.
The Truepress Jet520HD also includes a newly developed integrated drying unit that offers improved processing of light and coated papers as well as various other advanced technologies. In addition, it delivers exceptional productivity with print speeds of up to 100 meters per minute.

Print_1st_img04.jpgWith our new Truepress Jet520NX, we are staging a technical display that showcases the system's ability to handle functional inks with extra printheads. The exhibit demonstrates the wider range of applications possible thanks to the press's compatibility with magnetic (MICR) and invisible inks. These expanded capabilities are particularly valuable for security printing.

Print_1st_img06.jpgVisitors to PRINT 17 are also able to see the cutting-edge functions available with our EQUIOS solution platform. We are providing comprehensive explanations of various features including the greatly expanded color gamut possible thanks to its color management functions and automatic variable imposition functions, which reduce wastage of roll paper to an absolute minimum during diversified, small lot book production.
Fellow exhibitor Standard Finishing System is also using its booth to stage a demonstration of an automated perfect binding solution that links its own Horizon Smart Binding System with EQUIOS.

Print_1st_img05.jpgOur Truepress Jet L350UV+LM is also making its industry debut at PRINT 17. We are taking the opportunity to introduce its newly developed low migration (low permeability) inks and the improved safety they offer for the printing of labels on food packages.
The display also includes a demonstration of the system's wider color gamut, enabled by its handling of orange ink, and ability to print labels on thin film materials with the installation of an optional chilled roller. The Truepress Jet L350UV+LM has the potential to greatly expand the range of applications possible in the food label field.
