As society has grown increasingly digitized and networked in recent years, digital media have become flooded with vast amounts of information, making it difficult to access the content that is truly needed. As a result, the value of print media-based communication is once again attracting attention.

In marketing activities that combine digital and print media, personalized direct mail tailored to individual customers is proving highly effective. Similarly, in the current market environment where high-quality printed materials can set a business apart, there is growing demand for products that deliver greater added value.

Given these trends, the printing industry is seeking production systems and workflows that can meet diverse needs while delivering both high quality and high productivity. Additionally, it is facing the challenge of transitioning from traditional production methods that assume the disposal of excess inventory to on-demand models that produce only the required quantities, as well as the need to satisfy demands for even shorter turnaround times.

To meet these market needs, SCREEN is working to provide efficient, high-quality printing solutions that utilize its innovative inkjet technologies, integrated workflows, and advanced color management technologies.

At this year’s PRINTING United Expo, SCREEN will use its booth to showcase the Truepress JET 560HDX, its flagship high-speed roll-fed inkjet press, and present a wide range of samples for commercial, publishing, and transaction printing applications.

SCREEN’s booth will also host product presentations and demonstrations by CGS ORIS, a group company specializing in color management. The solutions introduced will show the outstanding print quality that can be achieved with SCREEN’s Truepress JET series. There will also be displays of postpress samples created through SCREEN’s collaboration and partnership with Müller Martini and Tecnau.
