SCREEN’s Truepress JET 560HDX high-speed, roll-fed inkjet system receives “Digital Press System Certification – Inkjet”
May 28, 2026
SCREEN Graphic Solutions Co., Ltd. (SCREEN GA) has received “Digital Press System Certification – Inkjet” for its Truepress JET 560HDX high-speed, roll-fed inkjet system. The certification has been awarded by PRINTING United Alliance (PrUA), one of the world’s largest printing industry organizations, under its accreditation program for digital inkjet presses.

Outline
“Digital Press System Certification – Inkjet” is based on the technical standards of PrUA’s Idealliance division, a leading authority on color management that also sets the G7+ certification. It rigorously evaluates the accuracy of color reproduction and output stability of inkjet systems. This certification confirms that an inkjet press is able to deliver the stable color management and high print quality plus the superior throughput required for commercial production.
The Truepress JET 560HDX is the latest addition to SCREEN GA’s Truepress JET series, a lineup with a proven track record of successful installations worldwide. The new system delivers high-resolution imaging, outstanding productivity and ease of operation, bringing new value to the printing industry.
The Truepress JET 560HDX supports media of up to 560 mm wide and incorporates newly developed drying and transfer mechanisms designed to maximize uptime and improve productivity. Its newly developed high-density Truepress ink SC2 inks also enable direct printing on offset coated papers without the need for surface treatment, while ensuring rich, vivid reproduction of images and high-definition output of fine lines and text.
The evaluation for “Digital Press System Certification – Inkjet” was performed based on the CRPC6 standard, an international benchmark designed for commercial coated paper printing that specifies a wider color gamut and stricter tolerances for color differences. Achieving CRPC6 certification indicates that a digital inkjet press offers color reproduction and gradation stability comparable to conventional commercial offset printing.
During testing, the Truepress JET 560HDX produced outstanding results with its newly adopted recirculating inkjet heads and high-quality contact image sensors (CIS), combined with an advanced adjustment algorithm designed to maximize their performance. Their capabilities surpassed SCREEN GA’s Truepress JET 520HD+, which received the same certification in 2023, in terms of print reproduction, density stability and in-plane uniformity.
The Truepress JET 560HDX is the third system in SCREEN GA’s lineup of digital printing equipment to receive “Digital Press System Certification – Inkjet,” following on from the Truepress JET 520HD+ in 2023 and Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI S in 2025.
Going forward, SCREEN GA remains committed to meeting the diverse needs of the commercial printing industry while providing solutions that enhance the value of a wide range of products, thereby contributing to the industry’s sustainable growth.
