Creating a workplace where employees thrive

SCREEN SPE Taiwan places employee well-being  at the center of its corporate culture. To create a workplace where employees are active and engaged, we implement a wide range of initiatives such as hosting seminars, sharing health-related information on our intranet, organizing blood donation drives, and holding company-wide athletic tournaments.
These efforts were recognized on December 10 at the Outstanding Healthy Workplaces and Promoters Awards , organized by Taiwan’s Ministry of Health and Welfare. SCREEN SPE Taiwan received the Healthy Workplace Benchmark Award (tentative translation) , presented to companies demonstrating dedication to employee health through the ongoing promotion of innovative health management initiatives.
We will continue to focus on well-being as we further enhance our workplace to enable employees to thrive.
Note: “Well-being” refers to a state in which a person is physically, mentally, and socially healthy and fulfilled, experiencing sustained happiness, rather than a temporary happy mood.
