February 15, 2026    SCREEN Group

On February 15, SCREEN employees volunteered to help put on the Kyoto Marathon 2026 . We volunteer in the operation of the marathon every year. The site of our activities this year was the Kamigamo Block, where we were responsible for setting up the course from Misonobashi up through the vicinity of Kyokuzansha, guiding runners to restrooms, handling visitors, and more.
Employees who participated commented on the experience, saying how they were able to gain satisfaction that only comes from volunteering by helping to ensure the safe, smooth operation of the event while cheering on the passing runners and cleaning up the roadside after traffic restrictions were lifted. Others shared comments on how conducting activities in cooperation with the marathon secretariat, local government employees, and volunteers from other corporations created a real sense of unity that came from everyone coming together to support the local event.
SCREEN Group will continue to cherish its bonds with society by taking part in local activities hand in hand with communities.
