The SCREEN Group and its employees express deep sympathy for those who were affected by the earthquake that hit Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, and surrounding regions on July 28, 2026 at 4:27 PM (JST).

SCREEN Holdings has established an emergency headquarters within its head office immediately after the earthquake. Under the Company’s Representative Director, President and CEO Masato Goto, we are striving to confirm the safety and whereabouts of our employees and related information.

   Safety of all employees working in the Kumamoto area has been confirmed.
    
2. Damage to our facilities, etc.
   Some damage has been confirmed with our facilities located in the Kumamoto area. We are still gathering information to estimate the impact on our business.
    
3. Status of our clients and partner companies
   Some damage has been confirmed on the side of certain clients and partner companies. We are still gathering information in this regard.
