The SCREEN Group and its employees express deep sympathy for those who were affected by the earthquake that hit Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, and surrounding regions on July 28, 2026 at 4:27 PM (JST). 

SCREEN Holdings has established an emergency headquarters within its head office immediately after the earthquake. Under the Company’s Representative Director, President and CEO Masato Goto, we are striving to confirm the safety and whereabouts of our employees and related people. 

Here are what have been confirmed as of July 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM (JST). 

1.    Safety and whereabouts of our employees
So far, no injuries have been reported of our group employees working in the Kumamoto area. 

2.    Damage to our facilities, etc.
So far, no damage to our facilities has been reported. We will conduct a detailed inspection of the buildings and other properties tomorrow. 

3.    We are still confirming the status of our clients and partner companies.
